Overseas Opportunities Rising Rapidly SYSTEX Vietnam Assists Beauty Service Industry with Low-Voltage System Integration and Surveillance Planning

Background & Needs

Taiwanese enterprises are accelerating expansion into Southeast Asia. According to OECD, Vietnam’s growth rate is expected to exceed 6.2% by 2025, making it a key hub for factory setup and operations. A leading beauty group followed HCMC’s urban development plan and established its Vietnam HQ and spa salon in District 7. Beyond offering SPA products, it was also essential to ensure staff training and services, integrated IT infrastructure, and effective workforce management.

Founded in 2024, SYSTEX Vietnam combines a local sales team with a strong service supply chain, linked to Taiwan headquarters’ resources and a virtual team, helping clients implement low-voltage systems and attendance systems for efficient landing and rapid operations.

Client Needs

Beauty Company A enjoys vertically integrated production; its Taiwan-made products are recognized across Taiwan, China, Europe, and the US, with 600+ direct/franchise outlets worldwide. Expanding into Southeast Asia, it established a Vietnam branch and spa salon for local women, overseas Chinese, and Japanese/Korean expats.

Since IT staff were rotated between China and Taiwan, ensuring smooth IT operations at the Ho Chi Minh stores required a local team familiar with regulations and experienced in on-the-ground implementation to build data centers, networks, surveillance, access control, and other low-voltage systems.

Solution

SYSTEX Vietnam designed and implemented a complete network infrastructure and employee attendance system for the client’s new site, working closely with local IT service providers to deliver practical, on-the-ground solutions and services, including :

CCTV Surveillance System : Network cameras, monitors, and related equipment

Access Control System : Attendance tracking, access control, and fingerprint recognition devices

Internet & Cabling Infrastructure : Wireless access points, network cabling, and telephone lines

Value Creation

SYSTEX Vietnam acted as a single service window, assisting the client in clarifying requirements and planning solutions. During the implementation process, the team provided real-time responses to various issues, ensuring both quality and progress. For example :

Collaborated with partner vendors to resolve unexpected building power outages

Provided on-site support and immediate sign-off when equipment deliveries were delayed

Adjusted equipment locations in response to last-minute changes

Bridged cultural and language barriers to ensure smooth communication

In addition to strong support from the Taiwan headquarters, the SYSTEX Vietnam team has continuously built up local supplier resources and demonstrated highly efficient execution capabilities. By resolving obstacles in real time, they steadily earned the client’s trust and validated the effectiveness of SYSTEX Vietnam’s localized services.
